Beyond The Stars contains 14 original tracks, each having it's own entertaining story or purpose. Written and recorded & mix over five years at Bassline Studio in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada

Beyond The Stars is based on several instances, a little self reflection and a number of various people who have been involved in Josh's life including ex-girlfriends, best friends, brothers, mother's & father's. The album also features two re-worked tracks, Revisiting Sunday Night & Monday Morn. & The Tryin' To Get it Blues from his first solo record in 2003.

Beyond The Stars is served up in a Snow White Metal Tin. The disc itself resembles (in typical Josh Gabriel fashion) an old 45 LP, which should not be played on your turn table should you still have one.
